Iran VOC Certification

Iran's COI (Certificate of Inspection) refers to the relevant inspection required by Iran's mandatory import law.
When the export products are within the scope of COI (Certificate of Inspection) list, the importer shall conduct the inspection and issue the certificate in accordance with the Iranian national standard ISIRI.
To be certified for export to Iran, certification is required by an authorized third party

Process of VOC certification in Iran

Submit application: provide documents and information related to the goods

Letter of credit, proforma invoice and direct contact information of the importer

Inspection scope initially agreed between the buyer and the seller

State of packing: type and quantity of packing

Request inspection from ASCO

Apply for Inspection Job Order

Sign inspection agreement with exporter

Inspection quotation

Analyze the inspection scope according to the inspection agreement signed with the applicant: general inspection or VOC inspection

Determine the inspection plan - inspection, test items and how to do it

Determine final price and issue report

Confirmation and payment of inspection quotation

Quotation with written confirmation/signature and seal

Provide bank payment slip

Confirm receipt of payment

Provide information on the payer/invoice recipient

Issue invoice of inspection cost

Appointment for Inspection

Date and place of inspection: inspection, containerization or shipment

The contact person/exporter's representative at the inspection site and their contact information

Packing list in final state

Determination of inspection date

Execution of inspection

Inspection of goods: appearance quality, quantity, packing & label

Sampling test of goods: factory laboratory witness test or sampling to other laboratory as required

The laboratory must pass ISO17025 accreditation. If there is no ISO17025 accreditation but there is ISO9000 system certification, our company needs to send engineers to the laboratory for supervision and testing
